As the Club has grown so much recently, we now have new issues to deal with and to address them properly we are creating a new committee position for a Member Protection and Safety Officer.
This person’s role and duties will include:
– Reviewing the Club’s Safety Rules and Procedures.
– Being the first point of contact for any Member Protection or Safety issues.
– Reporting to the MUWPC Committee immediately whenever an urgent issue arises, or at committee meetings for non-urgent issues.
– Helping educate members about the Club’s safety procedures and enforcing the Club’s safety rules.

Either nominate yourself, or someone else who you think would be most suitable for the role and pass on the nomination to Club President, David Jame by the end of May 2013.
